hey Willie that's where you are what are you doing well this here oh my god ah just a little video tonight I decided to come and visit Billy you guys know about him and well we're gonna have ourselves a little snack and spend a quiet evening around fire and then just go to bed and this is my five star motel right there hey Mike yeah I'll show you in a caddy and I'll show you you sweet up tonight okay if you want to yeah I know you want to do the fire well that it's too late man I was created someone blamed and what this vixen tempo midi hi my name is narration thumper worthy

no no no who put on would happy realize that they possess the boots Perry Cohen Saba bellezza sickness is mailboxes on one rising

so what I made for you Michael fortune item we've got moose meat so that would be good cook on the on the fireman that's it from the coal and it's a good piece so I hope you're hungry and the other thing too it's very traditional meat from Quebec this is called shava or it is just a mix of Lord Oh bacon mostly Lord just a lot from the pork okay and I just put it you know in a big cooking pot and I remove all the oil from the pork from the Lord okay so at the end I got you know uh about that thick of Lord at the bottom of the cooking port and after that them I put onion I put potatoes and what else and after that put water to cover the potatoes and I cooked it for about two hours and after that you see it got kind of PLO you can smell it yeah mmm well you know what actually I'm gonna keep it for myself I don't care no I got I got to me here huh you can keep today boy sorry man do you know that was just you know just for fun you know this is all this is all nice this is all good stuff but you guys know that without these magical beautiful spices this meal will not be with it right that's right that's right you've got your Hill spices yeah you know I have to do something about it yep that's right that's right all right yeah and yeah and you we have Pepsi tube once in a while because you know we are in the cabin and everything so it's not shy Getti but we've got Pepsi tonight same thing yeah so hope you will enjoy Minh I'm certainly weather wise I go back

okay so this is obviously the cabin that Billy built and really fast this is a trapper's cabin that he built off also which when healed stayed in a year and his cabin here was his bath where he cleaned himself up but this would be the size of your typical trapper's cabin which is not very high maybe about five foot give or take no to be easy to you know keep warm and also you have his oven here where he bakes where he used to bake but once in a while I'm pretty sure he'll be doing it again so I thought I'd give you just a little glimpse of this because I showed you earlier real quick pretty cool what year is this bill around what year inspiration from the eighteen 1898 you can proper schedule and I made this one in 2011 1898 1898 yeah okay inside Gold Rush okay cool thank you get over there man that's going to be good look at that so one two three four five six okay three each that a deal Oh be some good Billy Boy no doubt about it

okay so why don't we what kind of tour would that did you use did we use this birch you want to use uh non poisonous woods but of course here in Quebec we don't you know we're blessed we don't have anything really poisonous when it comes to hardwoods or so we got some mix of maple and birch and when people see me do this they're always concerned about the ash well you take the ash pretty much off when you have the hot coals if you do have some you just blow out and take most of the ash off you won't taste it and this won't take too long to cook Oh Billy this is going to be some good boy it's going to be tender one more so that wasn't too long just about a minute or two on each side and it's done let's see okay Billy can't wait to taste it man a taste test this looks like man this is melting right on the piece of wood here man crazy well wow wow wow oh my mmm it's melting literally melting in your mouth yep it is yeah and it spices the too strong yeah just perfect Wow one more oh man yeah let me just a very tender Oh oh well Keoghan the Mario's or them with you more

okay

time to go to bed well good morning folks it's a 5:19 in the morning obviously I had a good night's sleep it's nice and wet and cold outside right now but inside we are very comfortable and now I'm having a nice coffee oh yeah I'll be nice this time to Billy I won't wake them up early I've always been a always been an early bird doesn't matter if I'm in the woods or at home so have a few coffees relax and it's starting to seem the sky right now so the sun's getting up slowly around 6:00 6:30 I'll go to the moose camp where Billy is and have some breakfast with him so for this video guys I know it wasn't you know the most action-packed

but it was certainly a good time for us and I hope you guys enjoyed it this is my friend boo Shrek partners you guys take care and enjoy the wilderness
