so I've been asked a lot in the past about cook kits of course these this is pretty important and any outdoor activity so I found something pretty interesting it's actually a seven piece cook kit which is pretty fully functional I mean everything you pretty much need you add your your own personal stuff made by Alex any now alex is no stranger any longer they've been on the market now for a little while they've been used and people like him because it's still good quality at a fair price now remember this is always budget stuff but even though it's budget it doesn't mean that it's not good there are certain things that are budget that are junk and I will not show those things on my channel I'm trying to find the stuff that you know it's worth it and I have experience with Alex it's all you know anodized aluminum or aluminium hard anodized anyway and it's tough stuff it works great I've put pots and pans and kettles and even through fires I mean it works great and it's pretty lightweight so this is the box that comes in and that's the kit right there we'll take a look it's got everything the stand and the pot it even has its own gas alcohol stove excuse me let's put this aside a minute that's what it looks like this way I'll take some measurements a little bit later okay it says it's a point nine liter pot plus a 450 milliliter bowl it has a lid stand windshield spared burner and a dishcloth Oh a dishcloth now I've got some measurements here in milliliters or millimeters excuse me but I'm not a millimeter guy so anything else all right let's get into this so it comes in a mesh bag which obviously is a great need and you know there's some first place more pretty much everything in here so you got a few things let me change the camera angle hold on you've got one two three four take a look at this little cooler and then nice nice dish cloth to cool better pot in here so there you go one two three four five six seven let's add an eight forget that so this is it looks like tiny little legs to put this way but actually it's not it will go into the main compartment you see those slots there let me try and do this I can lock that in there hey lock so I'll try and do it upside down for me but not for you nice airflow you've got an entrance here where you can you know when it's time to put it out you put it out take a look at this a little bit closer in a sec but it's you're you know Trangia knock off a lot of people of coffee trend yeah but it's a good stove because that's what I use on my other kit you know where we can control the fire the heat and all that stuff so this would go it's it's snug right there okay and you can play around and adjust it or when it's time to put it out though you've got this looks like a stainless steel plate pretty thick at least 1/16 which goes at the top where you can put your bow how cool is that good handles I despised handles I can't hold on their own where it just goes down you know if you're a little bit crooked they go wink these are strong they've got a nice silicone on it and it's perfectly there and it comes with your cover with this phone handle now you can use either one this one or that one and we'll take a closer look at the pots I'm gonna change angles again but you know I wouldn't be afraid if ever anything would happen you need to use the wood I do I wouldn't be afraid to use it

we have enough plenty of airflow everywhere around just put your wood and bless you guys a stainless steel at the top here and use it I wouldn't be afraid to use wooden with this so let's take a closer look I'll measure everything because I know that when I take a look at any reviews on pots nobody measures anything but I will do it for you comes in this box and just in case this is important to you every piece is individually wrapped or has its own little wrapping which I have found pretty cool

and right away right off before I forget I know people will want to know the weight of the whole thing which is pretty lightweight where are you right here 656 grams all right you read all that stuff the size and millimeters okay that's enough all right so look closer look okay these little things go in here I have to look the other side you just lock him in oh love that sound don't you okay just in case you want to know the size of this right here we shall take it the diameter anyway let's take it in inches five and a half now you've got a little lip in here so let's do this right five and a half inches and centimeters 14 now inside the lip I would go 5 inches and about mmm 13 maybe centimeters 12 and 1/2 give or take so in diameter that's how it is you know there's a few things you could do with this actually but anyway okay so this as I said is the stainless steel which looks like stainless steel which goes at the top it sits on these little things they're very sturdy okay very sturdy you're opening but you have the stove that fits them real cool inside there okay let's put this aside very sturdy stove I have never had any problems or issues with this type of stove as I said I've used it multiple times on another set you've got your cover with your seeing you know it doesn't feel cheap at all it's really uh you're done put your cover okay don't need to measure this this is you know typical trend gear thing okay so you've got the measurements inside here which is also cool now I can't read upside down for some reason 800 millimeters 24 ounces okay so you see that from the inside cool now let's measure this I'm gonna measure it and because again there's a little lip here inside the lip so for 3/8 inside and outside the lip is about 400 quarters in centimeters inside the sole lip is Oh 11 centimeters outside about 12 and a half and just in case you're interested in the okay I'm going to go this way all right the depth of it is a three and a quarter inch about eight centimeters [Music]

I said solid handles silicon it's not a cheap thing this whole kit I think sells for about forty some bucks and you'll probably have some flash sales in the description once I'm done okay so this is a little smaller it's the cover so let's measure this one [Music]

so inside is about four and a quarter give or take and centimeters just about eleven centimeters comes with this some even it's not even cheap it's a cool dish cloth or something it's really nice the size of it is about I don't know 12 by 12 maybe this is there how long's all right so how it's put in or high for it now obviously what you could do is store another as when this heats up whatever whichever one you use you know it's gonna be a little bit hot to drink so you can store another cup here easily and then you know put your stove in and the coffee and whatever it is and put your rag so let's put this inside here there's no alcohol okay so uh this is on the camera so hopefully I'll get it the first time all right so we shop with this in here hit the cover lid comes inside the stands remember the stand where you put it in on top yeah fits perfectly now the complete hype the bliss maybe people will be wanting to know Oh six and a quarter high and in centimeters centimeters centimeters about 16 centimeters this all goes in here awesome little kit I know a lot of people have been asking you know this is all you'd really need easy to pack obviously lightweight multifunction you can use I think fuel tablets what else I wouldn't be afraid to use wood I've used woodless anodized aluminium or aluminum gosh that word and I've never had any problem not even warping so I mean if ever you're in emergency or you forgot your oil your oil your alcohol or even your alcohol stoves you could you could use wood no problems so again the Alex seven piece fully loaded kit where I don't know 40 bucks or something you'll have to check shipped and again there may be some flash sales so check it out and the description of the video thanks for watching this is Mike from bushcraft Barton's back
