hey everyone this is merely on this video well I'm gonna cook its improvement amen Mike while doing my role talking in the camera yeah I'm still talking on a cougar event about doing my edit bro you know I'm a higher camera oh man my my time 12 boys you know hello how's it going well but this is YouTube videos man we wanna share you know the nice things so just tell them we're gonna do what are we gonna do Mike we are going to do some primitive cooking using clay a nice big piece of moose meat and it's going to be a challenge because everything is frozen oh man huh it's about what - once oh yeah something like that the problem when it's cold it's hard to keep coals hot so you got to make a lot of it yep so that would be a challenge to do man a very big challenge but you know let's have fun yes sir let's do it all right hey be worth it Oh hopefully the other show was gonna be better oh there you go the hand that's going to be cold though nice cool oh man that's beautiful ok let's do it oh I bet you don't I'm I'm not laughing at all oh oh there's a nice nice piece oh yeah that one looks good there good job I'll go I'll give you a quarter of the meat and I'll take your three to order thanks for your support Marla that's that's what it's all about you know you get all of that transfer all right

all right let's go Mike this is serious business so by the way just in case you don't know we're using burdock leaves and this off of the year the big ones are pretty much gone so we have to use small ones sharpen up there it is okay so I'm going to explain a few things here now we are experimenting with this ok first time we actually do this we didn't have the exact perfect way to do it so I remembered one guy a professional informative doing bowls and all that stuff and what do you have to do is you have to make this fire very very hot as hot as he could to make a spot work so it wouldn't crack you know you can't do it slowly so we decided to do the same thing with this we put it on hot coals right away and you know covered it so we could create a very hot fire and hopefully it won't crack it's going to cook and we'll see in an hour about see if it worked or not because if it does crack the flames are going to want to go in and burn the meat we don't want that so let's cross our fingers plate okay so we'll just show the folks we're a little really quick your close-up so we decided to go for an hour and a half it's cracked at the bottom there as you can see but it was pretty thick so I don't think it got to the meat hopefully hopefully so now it's the real time let's see Oh Oh

it's okay it just broke I can smell burnt meat good good job okay Oh looks good well we're not going to say anything we're going to keep them in suspense oh let's just let's just let it cool off for a second okay and then we'll be right back okay we shall see there's the me so the bottom it's still humid yeah by mr. Ewing is by the top very dry yep okay do you want me to remove the leaves yet you can remove the leaves there is the roots oh whoa looks good man just gonna cut it up a bit oh man oh man looks good okay I think I think we're gonna have a little success here yet just the leaves that's stuck yeah on the top but just right here it just burned a bit oh oh man tender oh oh man look at that smells good too look at that man okay that is just cool whoa wait oh man all right I see bolo give you a little closer look humming stops look at that nice little pinkish perfectly cooked just the leaves that stuck a little bit there as you can see here that's it and now we're a half and look of course you can't it's very tender I mean we're going to bring on the table and we're going to slice it and to see what the middle looks like so Billy's going to do the honor of of cutting the meat oh it's very good yeah it's nice it's it's well cooked but it's not overcook no it's not overcooked you see all right it's still very tender I can see it yeah yeah yeah so instead of an hour and a half maybe an hour would have been wouldn't be bitter but it's still nice oh good oh man yeah yeah yeah oh that's good that's not overcooked at all it's perfect

well I think for our first time it's a it's a done deal sir yeah I'm very impressed and proud of course folks you know there's other ways of cooking which is a lot easier we just wanted to test this primitive way and it works
