right guys we're heading out for a hunt small game simple partridge or a grouse we call the wild chicken so don't go away I'll keep you guys posted it's going to be a beautiful morning it's nice and cool let's head out in the woods alright so we're into the woods right now this part here I done last year we're going to go in deeper and see if we can't get ourselves a couple of chickens Sun is just coming up and hopefully we'll get something if not well no worries coffee will be part of the menu so let's try and get a couple birds

you have been asking about the Big East the white geese remember that first video and I had quite a few questions concerning if that was normal a fair question yes it's absolutely normal every year during this time you know the fall you'll see hundreds of patches of what you just saw and you know much more than that there's already some it's already gone they grew up up you know in the fall to head down south in the US of A to spend the winter there where it's nice and warm in the spring while they come back here in Canada so let's just answer that question and that other little scene where you see a little town in the middle of the woods it's just to give you a little glimpse of the area i live in and out that's not the town i live in but you'll find little towns like that just about pretty much anywhere around my area let's say about an hour and a half by car by dr you'll find that it's not how could i say it it's not uncommon to see these kinds of little towns no surround by thousands of acres of land and this particular scene when you're looking straight at it when you're looking at it on the video you're looking down south and for you guys in the States I'd say that little town right there is about I'd say 30 miles from the main border all right let's get on with video obviously this is another day that first day had to leave early it's a cold one today we're going to try and get ourselves a bird if not well at least we're out here right so don't go away alright guys I had a spot where I knew there's at least one chick in there but I guess somebody got before me anyway just a little tracking tip sometimes we have a hard time distinguishing between a Fox coyote of course or you know coyotes or bigger but sometimes it melts and it's hard to distinguish a little tip this is a typical Fox you see the straight line well what I mean one paw in front of the other that's how you know it's a fox right so remember that he puts one foot from the other makes a nice line like this now well I guess that's going to be it for today won't be able to eat it's hard to shoot anything we don't see anything so but there's one thing though better warm ourselves up before we head back out lots and lots of rabbit tracks but I was not hunting rabbits today so I wasn't really looking for them alright trying to make a fire and have ourselves a little bit of coffee use what I collected as I came here always import to collect well you can make ourselves a little fire before it gets dark too dark this is some yellow birch bark

mandus far is just amazing thing and just warm you up it's really a morale booster not that I'm discouraged but still like fun all right so then have any game this time but this is the fun part two about being out here the camera lady having some coffee now that's a blooper but don't mind this time I'm gonna keep that with all right so we're gonna get this guy going and don't need to make a big I just making a little fire but I might make it a little bit bigger to warm ourselves up so don't go away

now fire is going good my fingers ah good old fires so I give this warm up then it's coffee time

all the ingredients ready so all you can do now they're just wait five minutes this is great just love it why don't you go up I know it's been a while go up feels good really does all right he's hot and boil them now oh yeah calm down ok so now coffee not a bullet that's not gonna work where's my here ok all right so now about that sighs about that size usually I put the whole thing for that Billy cancel we're just going to test it should be okay a little bit more I know looks a lot less not that much and this time I decide to bring some creamer I know it's not the best for the health but and I'm not going to pour it there because you know what happens to creamer jam up my bottle a little bit more all right right on now let's mix this guy up no rush i'm going to add a little bit more creamer there you go okay oh thank you so very much nice cold all right that's looking kind of good i hope it tastes good oh well you start feeling that heat on your cheeks feels good oh oh yeah you're gonna like this one Josie oh yeah well I guess in the woods it doesn't really matter too sweet too strong too creamy it's always good that's about half you sure all right so thank you so much for joining us we're going to enjoy this lovely coffee warmth of the fire and we enjoyed you being there and we'll be seeing you on the next video take care for now this is mike from bushcraft Barnes bye you
