well welcome folks this is Mike from bushcraft Bartons as I have promised you know if you remember in the spring I purchased this kit well a couple of things I bought from from tokes to build me this kit for an ultralight for two people my wife and I and I told you after using it you know for quite a long period of time now we're in the fall and I have used it I can now talk about it a little bit more and show you what it is exactly

main reason why I was wanting ultralight is like everybody else we get tired of carrying all that heavy weight and there are certain things that I don't mind carrying that's a little heavy but now when it comes to cooking kits I was wanting to find something in the titanium obviously because it's lightweight and it's strong but it can cost a lot of money titanium so the company talks which is probably familiar with some of you is one of the cheapest in the sense of you know price range so that's why I went with that and also this is a two part kit the one in the middle I'd receive that as a gift last year so I decided that I need to find something else to add to it so it'd be good for two people now I say to people obviously this is also very good for one now sadly because it's been a while I don't have any name or name of the pot and all that stuff but if you go on the topes website you're going to see that they don't have tons of them so it'll be quite easy to find this particular kit if ever you're interested and what am I going to what I'm going to do is going to take time to measure it so it's going to help you out and searching for this again if it's something you like so first off I like their little pouch that I'm not crazy about the color but I like it because it's kind of thick and it stays into place you know when you want to take your stuff out it's easy to take off very easy to put in and put out now this is what I added to the kit what I had is this one here okay back this guy out this is what I had at the beginning and I have to say that I am absolutely loving this kit I mean there was a few issues that I'll talk about but they're very minor but other than that I mean it's cool okay wait a minute let me get this stuff out of here okay so this is what I had beginning as this one I have this one here as your extended handles like I like cover that fits well little holes get this one out of the way here what's cool about tokes concerning their little thing here if you move it to one side it stays up so it's easy to you know to grab put it back it closes this one here comes with a bail I'll show that in a minute there where you can hang it as well as just put it up by the fire and I mean just this is just awesome so real quick just to make sure I try and help you out as best I can very sorry I don't know the names of them but anyway in inches diameter okay five and a quarter okay give or take inside in centimeters about thirteen centimeters roughly give or take how deep an inches on you a little harder this way okay let me give you the centimeters first just about ten so much see close to four inches yeah three and three quarters deep this is for the first pot so this one is like this comes with a bail we'll look at that later I found that awesome you can use it as a cup - it's a pretty big cup but anyway the weight I mean I'm sorry but I don't know point two pounds maybe it's it's very lightweight its titanium so being that were - I said I need something else that is a little bit bigger especially for you know boiling bigger quantities of water and I was wanting a little pan at the same time for cooking you know frying stuff so this is where I found this guy now I took a chance I you know looked on their website and I looked at the measurements and took the measurements exterior from this one and the interior that one and it seemed to me that it would fit even with their little pouch now before I go there maybe it's a good idea to if you are looking the exterior of it okay not much difference now you got to think that you have the handles here anyway I'll adjust just about again thirteen centimeters five inches okay so this guy comes up I say I'll take it I'll take a chance this one too has the handles I like because you know they even lock into place they don't wiggle all over the place if your part is not really stable they won't go pom pom pom and you know it's it's fun enough that even though you have gloves it's not in the way you can work well with it and cover cover marked is a pan and box comes a nice pad as you can see it became pretty hot in here so okay just put this back not in the right place okay and this thing is he did quite a bit it hasn't moved or warped anywhere it sunk a little bit this way cuz I lifted little too long there but other than that is pretty awesome so measurement of the bigger pot in centimeters will be inside about 15 give or take inches 5 and 3/4 four inches deep about 10 centimeters deep and you know this fits in well this would be the same height yeah this was then perfect and the other one and you could put all it even you can even put your you know they sell a nice little cup but I put my trendiest ov and all that stuff in there just in case I want something quick alright so a few issues had a few issues with this handle here how it locked there's a few times I was cooking food and the weight of the food was too heavy for the handle and it's not fun to see your food roll in the fire so what I had to do is to gently where am I squeeze up these two sides with my multi-tool to make sure that this part here is almost ninety degree

anyways ninety degree so this will not move at all but at the same time you have to be careful because if you squeeze it too much then you're going to have a hard time closing it you're going to need to take them off completely and reput them so just make sure you're careful how you squeeze it and you take you squeeze it from the top and if you know this is what this is what happens it comes right off and then you have to reboot it and you don't want to play around with that so that's that's one of the issues I wasn't too happy with but an easy fix you know get used to how to open it and close it it goes pretty well now another issue I was wanting this here to fit in here but I had a problem comes with a bail right so wouldn't go in obviously so I took the bail away and I said where am I going to put I can't put inside so I decided to put it inside of the cover of the big one here it goes in tight but fits good take it off and when I want to use this one there you go you guys sure this one here there I just absolutely love this pattern I mean it's got multi purposes the only thing I wish is if the bail would have locked somehow but anyway that's that's fine so there you go absolutely like love love it love it love it so let me just take this back off put it back in its cover which is the pan it's perfectly like that okay just in case for whatever reason I'll measure the pan it'll be the same as the top really okay there's a lip there with the lip it's six inches inside which is about a little over 15 and a half almost 15 and a half centimeters so that gives you an idea and I have my little kit here

which I just put a check out my Trangia got some soaps at a fair odd get that going that's full alcohol I'm just a cleaner up with the little soap my pot and a little bit of a windbreaker and I've got the pot stand of course included here that's in there so so I think this is pretty much a complete kit for me anyway I did say that I was going to talk about it and I just did so the company again is tokes I think they're based in California I'm not sure this all cleaned up here put it in the bigger one fits really nice and snug bail isn't hair easy to put back store away so again I'm repeating myself but toks remember that Toa K s i'lli'll I'll just put the I'll just put the link in the description of this video all right so now after all this hard work I think it's time for coffee what do you think and there's a storm brewing so might as well brew the coffee first well as you can very well see I've come back to my first love I guess I Cheers
