well good day folks well spring has not sprung

yet now I'm not in the area of the cabin any longer I'm back home and it's not as high as where we were in the mountains but it's still pretty high and there's at least one to two feet of snow left here and this morning it was cold with the wind chill it was around minus 16 Celsius that's far from being a spring day and they're announcing some snow for at the end of the week so I'm hoping that April will be it knowing your mind and body expecting plus 10 plus 15 degrees Celsius no 50 60 70 even and you're into the - it's not very happy I'm pretty well I'm pretty well ready for spring right now so I said it's very cold so I know I'm not gonna sink so it's still time to go for another nice little walk in the woods and at the same time I want to try out a new tee for me anyway so we will just take it easy today find a spot out of the wind and child that cheek still a little bit windy like that this to do what do you guys think I don't eat that much firewood don't just be using the fire box and right still feel the wind quite a bit so maybe that's what we'll do a little bit lower and I hope you guys are all nice and warm and toasty if you're not just let me know and I'm gonna try and cover you so you're not cold okay so we're lower now could go down there but I think I was trying to find that I want to go lower but not too low I think I think I see a spot we're pretty much out of the win here and yeah this may do nice nice little creek here that's starting to run my son over there don't want to be too much in the Sun cuz it's not you know too good for filming but okay I gotta make up my mind you guys pick a spot

you know what I think I decided to if I don't fall here I think we're going to camp out by this Creek here sound of water is not too bad so it's going to be too I've got a beautiful view

a little bit of water here cool okay so right there's gonna be the place let's see if I can get all right oh yeah this is going to be a cool relaxing area

okay so that's pretty much what I'm gonna need for today's hike anyway all right folks so I did receive about a month ago or so some Greek Mountain tea from a mountain man he's actually from Greece and thank you sir we're gonna try this out it's my first look here at what it looks like bunch of leaves stems flowers of course dried up it has a nice smell to it now I know that the I think it's in August that they harvest this in the Greek mountains and it's very popular over there I'm not gonna give you all the benefits and properties because to be honest I don't know them all by heart but you know it's all good stuff you can just look it up on you know just google google it up man that's hard to say if you're interested so what we're gonna do I'm going to wait for that to boil up and I think it's already boiling I know you're supposed to steep your tea but I'm gonna put it in and boil it just a little bit because remember it's cold out here I can't just put it in take it off because it won't really have that much time to steep and it's gonna get cold and after that we're going to taste it so I'm just going to throw it right in look back on the fire for a little bit over it up just boil for just a little bit

see how she tastes you know even though it's pretty cold up there right now this is a good position because I have a son coming in no wind I'll block hills on both sides I know the cold air goes down but right now compared to the wind up there this is the perfect place to be trust me

I know she's boiling so got myself a little bit of piece of wood here I know she's not quite boiling she's simmering which is perfect okay

let it steep for not more than two three minutes because it's gonna cool off too quick

okay let's see this now here the color this kind of has a yellow tint to it not a very dark color looks a little bit like the leaves I guess and I'm gonna wait before I taste this because I know I'm gonna burn myself all right should we taste this thing Brad don't burn myself

smells like tea oh boy that is perfect that's not a word okay but it's perfect Heaton Asst you know just enough that it doesn't burn yourself

bring your mouth but when it goes down it's nice and hot not quite sure how to describe it I mean it's good it's a one super but I'm trying to get you guys a an understanding of what it could taste like and there's nothing that comes to mind

it's not pepper ish at all but I know it's kind of difficult to but it's really good mountain man Cheers this is for you you know what I love tasting I'm a coffee drinker obviously I love tea but I love tasting different kinds of tea force it's all you know natural and there's not one that tastes quite like the other sometimes you can compare them but like this I've never tasted this before and I have no words to tell you what it could taste like you need to try it for yourself if you're interested I have no idea where you can get it maybe mountain man I don't know a fee anyway mountain man if you're listening put in the comments and people want to try this out a link or something even though it's cold it's still a beautiful day you know people that ask me through the years
