okay so it's too bad I won't be able to show you in this video but at least you'll get the idea there's a friend of mine that sent me a photo or a picture in this during the summer of a cup made from the tree and I'm not quite sure I think it's the guy from Russia or in that area anyway this is not my idea if I'd remember his name or even the picture I was posted but sadly I don't and I think this is a great way of making a quick cup if you need one it doesn't matter if you have green wood or dry wood or even punky wood as long as you get the basic idea you can make yourself a quick cup now you can see the steam coming out of there I was gonna make one for you guys out here in the woods but this thing is frozen solid no way I can even come close to digging in that's why it's close to the fire see if I can dig a little bit more try and melt that a piece of wood the ice anyway inside but just to give you a basic idea you just leave a branch right and just dig in that's it you can decorate it like you want depending on what kind of tree you use you'll have different styles you can take the bark off but the tip is just you know normal branch or you have a nice handle like this or you can drink your cup now this one here add beautiful colors that's why I took it me try and see the beautiful colors in this one but sadly it's too frozen to dig in but again remember this is a quick thing so even though you find a crack I mean the crack is not gonna bother you you need a cup real quick you know the it's gonna hold

whatever water you're drinking it doesn't matter even if it's a little punky as long as you're able to scoop a bowl dig enough or deep enough to drink a little bit better for sure as it unthaw but I'm gonna take too long for me to show you the final product so I guess what I'll do I'll just bring it home and when they have time I'll dig it up and maybe show you in another video so not a good thing to try and carve anything in the winter especially when you have a bowl I mean just your typical spoon or utensils no problem when there's a bowl I know I can burn a hole and all that stuff with cold and stuff it was just wanting to show you no quick way with your crook knife obviously if that would have been on frozen 20-30 minutes that would have been done and then you can you know you can decorate it you know take some bark off at certain places and make it your own I think it's a little less difficult than a cook saw because you already have the handle and it's already round because you cut a round piece well I would say that's about done that firebox is incredible has a lot of options took me just two minutes
