Overnighter In The Alps with Waldhandwerk

Description

Please watch Waldhandwerks video of this overnighter:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgeG_DutBtk

Learning experience:

1. Biwaksack was no good, because the water condensated at the inside and made the sleeping bag wet.

2. Always prepare for bad weather, my survival poncho was just too small

3. Never overestimate yourself: Our intention was to camp above the treeline, but we underestimated the steepness of the terrain, and the weight of our packs, so we were forced to set up camp a little bit lower on the mountain.

Hello my name is Lilly and I am making videos about primitive living skills, survival, bushcraft, camping gear and prepping. I consider myself being a modern hunter-gatherer who wants to live as close as possible with mother nature and right now I am in the process of learning how to live off the land and thrive in the wilderness. Thanks for watching ~ Survival Lilly
