Porcini Soup With Onions And Potatoes

Description

Today we are going to cook Porcini soup. In this video I used a dried Boletus edulis mushroom, which is one of my favorite mushrooms because they taste amazing.

Here is the recipe:

Roast Onions until they are golden brown. Add water, mushrooms and the potatoes. Add salt, pepper and one bay leave. Let it cook on low flame for 40 minutes.

today I want to cook my favorite soup which is porcini with onions and potatoes and first of all I need to soak these mushrooms they need to soak a little bit in water before we start cooking

besides burning and while the mushrooms are soaking I'm going to cut up the onion and their potatoes mushrooms potatoes
