hi my name is Lily and today I wanna have a talk with you I want to talk to you about the GK PM survival concept stay tuned okay then she stands for gear obviously if you have a lot of gear with you for example a camping rucksack survival is going to be very easy if you're going to have a sleeping bag attend a knife something to make a fire and a container you're good to go so the more gear you have the higher is your chance of survival and most of the videos on YouTube which are about survival are about gear that they take into a survival situation which is a good thing so gear is very important but you know it happens that you might lose all your gear or that you are in a survival situation with no gear not even a knife and that's where the second principle of this GK p.m. concept comes in which is knowledge so if you have a lot of knowledge you can you know make a bow drill set for example if you don't have a lighter you can make a bow drill set if you don't have a table with you you can make a natural shelter if you don't have cordage with you who can make natural cordage if you don't have a container with you you can make some sort of wooden bow so there are ways to survive without gear and gear and knowledge is interchangeable so the more you know the less gear you need okay so as a survivalist I think we have you know the great challenge to go with less and less gear and over the time you will discover that your survival rucksack will be smaller and lighter with every year and that's a good thing because the more you know the more you can make out of natural materials so now we have here and we have knowledge which is great I love gear and a lot of having good survival skills and most videos on YouTube of survivalists are about these two things but there are two more survival principles

are often overlooks but equally important than the first two and one of which is physical condition okay if you are not in a good physical condition survival is going to be very hard a real survival situation is going to be one of the scariest things that you are going to experience if you are in a good physical condition you can do a lot of running a lot of walking you can make it through the night more easily if you are not trained well enough you will for example fail when bow drilling bow drilling is very strainers if you don't have the strength you are going to fail it's very important to maintain your own you know physical condition do some sports you know it's not only good for a survival situation but also for your other life which is you know also very important so I think that physical fitness is one of the most important things when it comes to survival situation and the next and the last principle is mental condition okay that's something almost nobody talks about it it's often the mental condition that breaks you down in a survival situation if you have maintained you know a fire and if you have found a water source and a little bit of food and if you have a good shelter you could physically overcome a survival situation but some people just break down mentally it's so important to be mentally strong in a survival situation and almost nobody talks about it it's it's equally important as having good gear with you so some people might think you know mental condition is not so important I'm strong enough I can do it it's great but if you are in a real survival situation alone

okay maybe you're injured maybe something happens you're shivering you're cold you don't have anything to eat yeah there are some ways how you can train your mental fitness your mental condition for example meditation helps but I like to do something different sometimes I choose a task which I don't like for example I'm afraid of heights and a couple of months ago I decided to rappel down from a very high tower with no reason I just wanted to Train my mental ability to get strong and to control my fear so that's what I did to learn how to cope with my fears okay honestly I think we should talk more about physical and mental condition and if you have something to say to this topic just leave a comment below you can follow me on Facebook Twitter and Instagram
