my name is Clint still making some some Vanek sandwiches Vanek mixes I like to use three cups of flour 3 tablespoons of baking powder and then one teaspoon of table salt so what you want to do is yourself like a cup or a container of some sort just get a good scoop in there and just kind of eyeball the water mix it until it's the consistency of like a bread dough or something like that add water flour as you eat to you want to stick to itself enter your hands let's a counteract that you're gonna have to just toss a little extra powder on that and you just start kneading it down pretty flat today because what we're making our basically pizza pockets with bacon and egg and cheese sauce a little flour down wherever you need to set it so it doesn't end up sticking to it you set it aside for frying after we had the egg cooked all right so right now we're just putting a little extra lard with our bacon grease just to fry up and with the Bannock makes it a little tastier you might notice buzzing around us we've got bees everywhere my uncle's got a bunch of beehives up the orchard so they've been pretty friendly so far ever been stung yet but I had one stuck in my hair that was kind of scary first little W so now we're putting the hot egg onto the Bannock and throw some strips of bacon on there we're going to cover this with cheese just fold this over try not to break through and you just start pinching that and close

all right this is my first time without salt and pepper though oh yeah that's perfect

a bandit doesn't take very long to cook especially in this Miss oil like this so you just kind of want to watch the edges of the Bannock you'll see it starting to turn like a golden color and once it starts to cross the line into brown you know it's time to flip it great let that cool for a minute this is my own creation the the B and E Banach so I was really hungry one day out in the bush and I had some eggs and bacon and Bannock and just threw it together and was was really happy with it so all right so that's I'll tell you make me any bannocks you know it's not time to eat
